Certifications of the food safety management system whose implementation guarantees the correct interpretation and application of the HACCP principles and of the Codex Alimentarius standards. This result has rewarded the management's commitment to giving priority to the creation of high quality products that are safe from a health point of view,
using raw materials and top quality ingredients, so as to best meet the needs of customers. At the end of September 2020 the IFS Food 6.1 certification audit was carried out, which had a positive outcome (Higher Level result)

We are MSC certified. Look for the blue MSC mark. Seafood with this mark comes from an MSC certified sustainable fisheries.
We are ASC certified. Look for the aqua green ASC logo. Seafood with this mark comes from an ASC certified responsible farm.
