Indo-Pacific shrimp Mobilpesca, coming from the Western Indian Ocean and belonging to the Aristeus alcocki species, are peeled and immediately frozen for a perfect preservation of an unmistakable taste. Good for sauces or enjoyed as an appetizer.

Farfalle with prawns

Ingredients for 4 people

  • Farfalle 400g
  • Peeled shrimp 350g
  • Spoon of chopped parsley 1
  • Spoon of extra virgin olive oil 1
  • Clove of garlic 1
  • Prosecco Half glass
  • Salt and pepper to taste

While you are cooking the pasta, defrost the shrimps and rinse them under running water. In a pan, heat the oil with the garlic, add the shrimps, blend with the prosecco and cook for 3 minutes. Drain the pasta al dente, mix it with the shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Serve with the addition of chopped parsley.
