Frozen claws


The Mobilpesca crab, of the Portunus Segnis species, is fished in the Central Mediterranean Sea, off the coast of Tunisia, and thanks to the rapid freezing to which it is subjected it reaches your table while maintaining all the characteristics of a freshly caught product. Crab dumplings

Ingredients for 4 people

  • Defrosted crab claws 500g
  • Clove of garlic 1
  • Cherry tomatoes 8
  • Parsley to taste
  • Potato gnocchi 320g
  • Glass of white wine 1
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Finely chop the garlic and parsley. Fry the garlic in a pan with two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and add the crab claws, previously thawed. Let it cook for about 10 minutes and deglaze with the white wine. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes, adding salt and pepper to taste. Drain the gnocchi, sauté them briefly in the pan, add the parsley and serve.
