The wild salmon steaks are carefully produced by Mobilpesca using carefully selected raw materials, fished in the cold and clean waters of the North Pacific Ocean. Its fishing is strictly regulated and controlled in order to preserve the stocks and the quality of the product.
After defrosting the salmon steaks, brush them on both sides with very little oil and then place them in a very hot grilled pan. Cook them for about 6/7 minutes, turning them gently a couple of times. Arrange them on a serving dish and sprinkle them with a mix of chopped aromatic herbs and salt.
